i was so exhausted today that i felt drunk. luckily due to their personal drama (constant) my bosses didn't seem to mind that i was essentially useless in the office. i was awesome at facebook though.

an hour ago max and judas made a surprise visit and brought me a belated birthday present. now we're eating chinese and the dogs are begging. wheeeeeeeeeee. best monday in a while.

it snowed for my birthday dinner with Max on the 16th. it made everything really festive and minor-car-accidenty. sorry max's mom's car. i got pretty buzzed off a maximilian martini and the white wine in the fondue at Artisinal. tons of wine was in there. well, there i am! byeee.

in case you ever wondered what it would be like to adopt a dog from a shelter here is some perspective. first, it will likely be (at least part) pitbull. second, it will likely want to do this all day.

i think spending more time with kathleen has inspired me to be more goal oriented. that is how she lives her life on a daily basis! since i tend to get overwhelmed and forget there are things i really want to/need to accomplish i made a brief list of goals to complete between now and the end of the year.

finish apartment
get a new camera + take pictures again
save/make additional $5,000 for co-op fund
save for a january vacation
lose 20lbs gained after quitting smoking
continue not smoking

would be an amazing christmas present if i finished them all!
