i think spending more time with kathleen has inspired me to be more goal oriented. that is how she lives her life on a daily basis! since i tend to get overwhelmed and forget there are things i really want to/need to accomplish i made a brief list of goals to complete between now and the end of the year.

finish apartment
get a new camera + take pictures again
save/make additional $5,000 for co-op fund
save for a january vacation
lose 20lbs gained after quitting smoking
continue not smoking

would be an amazing christmas present if i finished them all!

i was going to post that this item on Bouley's menu seemed like it could be the most amazing dessert i might ever taste: "Organic Passionfruit and Blueberry Meringue with Passionfruit-Caramel Sauce, Huckleberry Coulis and Provence Lavender Ice Cream".

i was pretty psyched to go try it BUT before i could even bother, liz's personal review suggested it might be a giant lame waste of $15. then i found a picture of it on flikr.

first day of spring!!!

.....confirmed. it definitely got warmer out.

g got a zillion complements on our walk. (of course. she's an adorabull). i picked up my new phone charger, charged that crap up, and had a phone call saying my lease will be ready to sign tomorrow at 3.30pm. very excited to move! i've lived in the tiniest apartment anyone has ever seen for 3 and a half years or some unbelievable nonsense. time to go!

must clean self, find clothes for self. going out with randy tonite. having friday off is so much better than having monday off. having monday off is just like getting to sleep in an extra hour.

first day of spring?

it's a little too freezing out for me to be at all excited. i'm suddenly exhausted and feel like i've been cranky for weeks straight. i may be homeless soon since i'm moving out but haven't signed a new lease yet. i tried a cadbury caramel egg and it was horrendous. my dog has had a continuous stream of burning rubber farts for days.
